Before I introduce myself properly, let's start with the most obvious:
My name is Josephine Wall and I am a specialist in e-commerce and CRM.
That's the short version. But there's more to tell.
I was born and raised in Stockholm and have lived in Lidingö for almost eight years. If you see me wearing colors other than black, something is probably wrong. Black clothes, round glasses, and my hair in a bun are my signature look. And in my world, you don't leave home without some kind of perfume.
Perfumes were actually the reason I slipped into the e-commerce industry. As a passionate collector, I was headhunted by a distributor of perfume and skincare products. The rest, as they say, is history. Here you can read more about my recent years in e-commerce & CRM.
